Plans for Swimming Pool approved

Although not yet installed a swimming pool can be installed as planning permission was granted in the planning application number PC01606604F0005. The planning permission is part of a global planning for La Giraudiere when in 2004 plans were submitted for the whole project labelled as a residence de tourisme or tourist centre/complex which incorporated a bar/restaurant and the swimming pool.

Outhouses and garages

There is an ancient bread oven which has been restored plus two other compartments presently used for storage of wood, tools and equipment.

The property has two garages, or covered areas, for vehicles and equipment. Parking areas are the hard court stand opposite the main house courtyard, there is also ample parking area provided in the secondary courtyard rear of the apartments plus the old courtyard itself.There is an ancient water well, or source, situated in the park 110 meters north of the main house.
