LA GIRAUDIERE – Principle House A two storey building – Ground floor internal area 184.20 M²

The ground floor of the house can be accessed by either the front main courtyard or the rear terrace. The ground floor is laid out into 9 pieces.There is a reception area which has a bar and lounge area that then leads into the dining or living area. From here you can access the lobby or rear hall which gives access to the rear terrace, the staircase, the two toilets and washrooms and the kitchen area.
